Every now and then we post a dream shop…this is one of those.
Located in north Phoenix, this is two shops in one. The longer, narrower building is 30x90x23 and the lower, bigger building is 80x80x21. That’s 9100 square feet of pure awesome!
Custom overhead doors that match the house, R30 insulation in the roof and R19 in the walls is thicker than most houses, rusted wainscoting, high picture windows all along the side and back walls for light, fire suppression system, even a thick concrete apron out front to make the big toys easy to get in and out.
This is the dream.
These types of builds are complicated, require patience from the client and require a significant investment, but the payoff is worth showing off!
